This unique iShadow technology can be used on lounge tables and bar tops. The interaction is launched when guests hands or other objects, like cocktail glasses, are placed on the surface of the table top.

Shiseido Spring 2012 Collection

Shiseido inspired floral arrangements were customized by the EVENTSTYLE team for the event.

Custom product displays were designed by EVENTSTYLE to feature the new Spring 2012 Collection for each of the 5 new product lines. Featured here are the custom product displays for the Shiseido Spring 2012 Make Up collection.

Each collection featured it’s own station throughout the Shiseido event allowing guests a closer look at the new collection.

StriVectin: “Get Even with Age Spots”

On October 13th 2011, the Chrysallis team launched its “Get Even” Product Line at Sentry Centers in New York City. Four panelists and a moderator presented how the serums could brighten and even your skin’s complexing by using these products toleading New York editors and alike.

Custom product displays with the StriVectin graphic laid throughout the space for guests to sample the products while speaking to the StriVection experts.

Custom staging was designed by EVENTSTYLE for the panel discussion. Staging was assembled by The Spoon Group.

During the panel discussion guests had access to an iPad with images from each experts segment. The iPad allowed guests to magnify the relevant presentation images that were featured on the two monitors. Moleskin notepads and pencils were presented to each guest upon arrival to take notes and record important information.

A breakfast of light bites were presented buffet style in the Beacon Lounge of Sentry Centers for guests to enjoy before the presentation.

Four panelists and a moderator sat began the conversation upon custom staging branded with the StriVectin graphics that were featured on the product’s packaging.

Upon departure, guests were handed a gift bag with full sized “Get Even” products and information to take back to their teams.

Billy Bush’s 40th Birthday Decades Bash featured on Access Hollywood Live

In October, the producers of Access Hollywood LIVE asked Mark Addison, Founder of EVENTSTYLE, to plan and design a surprise 40th Birthday Bash for the co-host Billy Bush. Mark planned the Ultimate birthday party for Billy, focussing on the last 40 years of his life and incorporating legendary nibbles, cocktails and music from each era. The segment aired on October 13th, 2011.

Mark designed and decorated a decades cake for Billy. Each tier represented the momentous event from that decade focussing on his childhood, his wedding and the birth of his three beautiful girls, and his career.

70′s, 80′s, 90′s and today! Each decade had its own assortment of food and drink along with a playlist of the most popular music during that decade!

AVON: Come Home for the Holidays 2011

Mark Addison was asked by AVON to create an Holiday Shopping Party Tool Kit for Avon’s Holiday Shopping Guides. Mark set the stage for the video, offering helpful hints and tools to create the ultimate AVON Party.

Mark stages the table for the Ultimate Avon experience. Using cardboard boxes, wrapping paper and ribbon enhances the table with staging to elevate the products in a more stylized way.

Mark designed two signature cocktails for the AVON Holiday Shopping Party experience which were featured in the Shopping kit.

Look Luxe by Artistry

EVENTSTYLE was hired by Artistry to produce the affiliate and distributor experiences for their newest products, Creme LX Eye and Creme LX. The EVENTSTYLE team designed all aspects of the experience from the manuals and invitations to vanity case and premium add-ons, such a Artistry Key Chains, Sterling Silver Artistry Mirrors, and USB Key Flash Drives with all relevant information, to create the Look LuXe Experience for Artistry’s global markets.

EVENTSTYLE designed and produced the Look LuXe Vanity Case for Artistry’s global distributors.

Creme LX and Creme LX Eye, Artistry’s newest luxury cremes.

The Goddess Colour Face Chart allows distributors to show their clients how to properly apply the colour collection by Artistry.

The Artistry experience begins with the invitation from the distributor to the potential customer. EVENTSTYLE designed the invitation with inspiration from the Creme LX Products.

OCRF’s Super Saturday 14

On July 30^th, 2011 over 2,500 people joined Kelly Ripa, Emma Roberts and Donna Karan for the most anticipated Hampton’s event of the summer, Super Saturday to benefit Ovarian Cancer Research Fund (OCRF). Super Saturday was a fun-filled, daylong fundraiser for the entire family, complete with a one-of-a-kind designer garage sale, kids’ carnival, activities, raffles and entertainment. Entrance for VIPs included the most sought after gift bag of the season, deemed “the worlds greatest gift bag” by the NY Times. The event covers seven acres of open space in a field adjacent to the Southampton Polo Grounds in Water Mill, NY. The highlight of the event is the discounted designer garage sale, which included items from over 150 of the most prominent designers including: Donna Karan, JIMMY CHOO, and LVMH which raised a grand total of $3.5 million!

Angel Eau de Toilette by Thierry Mugler

The purpose of the event was to unveil Thierry Mugler’s newest fragrance, Angel Eau de Toilette:, the new, modern version of the famous Angel that was launched in 1992, with the assistance of the new celebrity face of Angel, Eva Mendez. Thierry Mugler and Eva Mendez welcomed the world’s leading beauty editors, international press and bloggers to experience the Universe of Angel in the lobby of The IAC Building on 11th Avenue in NYC. We created a seductive dream like environment that was inspired by the classic Angle Eau de Parfum and the new Eau de Toilette.

Eva Mendes, the new face of Angel, answered questions presented by the world’s leading editors while walking the Angel Blue Carpet.

Angel Eau de Toilette was introduced by Eva Mendes, Thierry Mugler, Richard Wilkins, and President of Clarins, Joel Palix on a custom runway stage built by The Spoon Group. EVENTSTYLE utilized the 120 ft video projection wall with video content which included clips of the Angel television advertisement campaign, behind the scenes footage, and product images.

Roving cigarette girls handed silk Angel blue scarves laced with the Angel Eau de Toilette scent to guests to enthrall them into the new Thierry Mugler scent.

Custom Angel Carnival Carts adorned with sweet and savory bites garnished the East lobby of the IAC Building.

Angel product displays were adorned with Angel products, Angel jewels and Swarovski crystals to feature the giant factice of Angel Eau de Toilette.

NARS: Makeup Your Mind, Express Yourself

François Nars launched his book, Makeup Your Mind, Express Yourself on May 6th, 2011 at the Cedar Lake Theater in New York City for editors, top editorial press, friends and family.

François Nars, Grace Coddington, and Calvin Klein at the Makeup Your Mind, Express Yourself Book Launch.

The walls of the venue were lined with 18 ft by 9 ft before and after images. Each image was inspired by the main sections of the book: Play, Perfect, Polish.

The 18 ft by 9 ft images wrapped around the entire space to enthrall the guests into the Makeup Your Mind, Express Yourself pages.

Vichy 80th Anniversary Product Launch

On March 31st, 2011 Vichy Laboratories celebrated its 80th Anniversary with a product launch at Apella in The Alexandria Center in New York City. The event was geared towards introducing the new skin care products for Vichy’s new collection.

During the product launch, guests were introduced to the product in a presentation utilizing the large projection screens.
